How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

email our team with the following information:

Send an email to: support@optixelcam.com

Include the following:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address used for purchase

  • Order Number or Receipt

  • Product name (e.g., LX–41)

  • Description of the issue or reason for return

  • Attach photos or videos if needed (especially for damage/defect claims)

Our team will get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return Conditions:

  • Return window: within 30 days

  • Must include all original accessories and packaging

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Warranty Policy

At OPTIXEL, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every LX–41 camera is backed by a 1-year limited warrantyfrom the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing or functional defects

  • Faulty materials or workmanship

  • Internal component failure

What's Not Covered:

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Water damage due to improper use

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
